Why did you choose Health Care as a profession? “I first knew I wanted to be a physician after taking a physiology class in high school. The human body is absolutely remarkable. It fascinates me how everything from the smallest cells to major organs work together to keep us healthy."

What is your customer service philosophy? “I try to treat every patient with the same respect and kindness I would want a provider to show my grandmother. I make sure I've answered every question and I do my best to explain the treatment plan."

What's one thing you tell every patient or customer? "Please feel free to ask me anything. There is nothing I haven't heard and there is no such thing as a dumb question."

What is the best part about your job? “I love working with people and helping them feel better."

Why did you choose Health Care as a profession? “I don’t know if any profession optimizes what it is to help someone more than a health care worker. The word ‘caring’ is inherent in the name and tells you exactly what you can expect. I get such enjoyment out of taking care of my patients. Watching my mother lose her battle with cancer, I have a high level of empathy and understanding for what a patient and family can go through. I want to help decrease my patients’ anxiety.”

What is your customer service philosophy? “I believe the patient is central to everything in health care. I attach a lot of importance to patient service. I believe I have strong customer service skills and working with the public is something I enjoy. I treat every patient who comes through our doors as a family member.”

What's one thing you tell every patient or customer? “Never hesitate to call with a question. We are always here to answer any concerns that should arise.”

What is the best part about your job? “Having a capacity of knowledge as a nurse practitioner allows me to find an illness early and treat it. My rule is not just treating a disease or illness, it revolves around teaching a healthy lifestyle. This allows people to live longer and happier.”
