Fort Zumwalt School District cooperates with community partners that sponsor activities of an educational/enrichment nature for students. E-flyers will be emailed directly to parents' inboxes as well as posted online for easy access through Peachjar. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed. 

The Fort Zumwalt School District Board of Education discourages activities that involve students in solicitation for fundraising programs that are not school related. The administration should avoid exploiting teachers and students whether by advertising or otherwise promoting products or services, soliciting funds or information, or securing participation in non-school related activities. The following shall serve as guidelines for the distribution of informational materials to students and staff. Fort Zumwalt School District approves the distribution of:

• Flyers that promote an educational experience for students or parents; a healthy use of leisure time and/or a special enrichment activity not duplicated by a Fort Zumwalt program.

• Information for staff that announces job-related activities and instructional opportunities related to the Fort Zumwalt curriculum.

• Flyer should include the following disclaimer: We are not in any way funded nor part of Fort Zumwalt School District.

Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours. Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in your account to submit a flyer

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyer board for your selected duration of time.
