Use of Fields or Parking Lots
Fields
VARSITY FIELDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC.
All other fields in the district are available on a first come first serve basis.
The stadium (turf) fields can be reserved by the JR football teams.
These groups are allowed five uses in the fall and three uses in the spring to develop talent for each specific high school as a means of enhancing their program. Scheduling opportunities for use of the varsity field will be completed once the high school activity calendar has been established and under the direction of the high school’s activity coordinator.
An application for facility usage must be completed.
A certificate of insurance must be on file at the district office prior to use.
If an outside group is approved by the district to use one of the high school stadiums a $200 deposit is required. Currently the Fort Zumwalt School District does not allow outside groups to use other than the JR football teams.
Parking Lots
An application for facility usage needs to be completed.
A certificate of insurance should be included with the request.
A letter or email to Colette Unnerstall should include the following information:
The group or organizations name;
The type of event and reason for requesting the parking lot;
The dates and times being requested; and
The building lot they are requesting.
