Throughout the 2022-2023 school year, Jennifer Waters, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and Dr. Paul Myers, Superintendent-Elect, have led the steering committee for the district's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP). Incoming #FZSupt shares an overview of the process so far and what comes next. Together Myers and Waters explain "the big buckets," priority items facing the district. The document, which will outline the district's goals for the next three to five years, is due to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education this summer.

Students who raised over $100 for the Kids' Heart Challenge got to pie a staff member in the face!
The Emge staff and PTO donated raffle baskets for MAP testing. Students in grades 3-5 can earn tickets for their hard work while testing and have a chance to win some of these cool prizes! We had an assembly to reveal the prizes and pump students up to do their best.

Good morning! Today is an Early Release Day across Fort Zumwalt School District. All schools will dismiss 2-and-a-half hours early today. Enjoy the weather!

Tomorrow is a school-wide pajama day to support the Casey Cares Foundation. We are also collecting two-piece pajamas to be donated to them to help families with sick children.

The Emge Talent Show was a hit! There were many amazing acts including cheerleading, tumbling, different types of dancing, guitar and drum playing, joke telling, and a puppet show. Thanks to Mrs. Hadfield and Mrs. Evans for putting it together.
