As North Middle School prepares to welcome students to the new two-story addition, workers are preparing for the final phase of work on the site.
Over the course of the next several months the original two-story portion of the school will be demolished. This work requires that only essential services access the parking area off Sonderen between the school and the business just to the north.
No through traffic will be able to access this area.
Once demolition is complete, this area will become a staff parking lot.
Families with students attending North Middle, as well as neighbors in the surrounding businesses and residences, are asked to use caution when classes resume Jan. 6, 2025.
