Teachers at PSE work hard to tie curriculum and instruction to real world experiences. Our 1st grade has been learning about body systems and making healthy choices as part of our ELA curriculum. Our teachers arranged a "doctor day" for their classes. 1st grade classes rotated through stations completing activities related to their learning. They even arranged for a couple nurses to come in and talk about their jobs. #PSEsoars
